职位职能: 公司业务部门经理/主管市场/营销/拓展经理
职位描述:

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Identify business opportunity and develop strategic initiatives for Commercial Bank business growth； manage marketing projects and programs to expand customer base and revenue；
Develop prospecting channels in specific region market； work closely with sales team to drive local activities to acquire and maintain SME and MME customers；
Initiate and conduct market research to formulate appropriate value proposition and provide valuable insights for business development；
Analyze customer portfolio and performance to identify new business opportunities；
Partner with product team to develop marketing campaign to maximize product utilization；
Lead in planning and organizing country-level major events, including VIP Customer Offsite, roadshow, seminar, etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree or above；
A minimum of 6-8 year communications and/or marketing management experience, preferably in a financial service environment；
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills；
Highly self-motivated individual with a strong solution-orientation； ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment；
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external partners；
Hands-on experience in events organization, corporate branding, marketing research and some knowledge on Public Relations；
Possess people and project management experience, and good knowledge of the banking industry, able to concisely articulate and explain banking product needs and solutions；
Good command of Chinese and English in both oral and written communications.
