GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

The MM Dealer is responsible for assisting the Treasury Manager in managing money position and other treasury relating products. The MM Dealer also assists the Treasury Manager in business development with the existing and potential clients.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Generate profitable business for the Bank；

Ensure efficient and consistent servicing of business ；

Built-up cohesive communication network with the back-office and customer service department；

Maintain the Banks reputation by handling the customers in a professional manner and ensuring confidentiality and professional ethics of the Bank；



POSITION REQUIREMENT

Technical Competence-The incumbent must possess basic treasury knowledge as well as the knowledge of the Banks operation, and be able to relate the back office requirement to the Interbank Desk and vice versa. Be in possession of technical knowledge of operating various electronic trading platforms and good knowledge of computer operations.

Dealer Certificate-In possession of relevant authorized dealer certificates as issued by the authorities including the CFETS and NIFS license.

Operational Ability-Has the initiatives to seek and take responsibility. Is able to make sound judgments and give realistic solutions independently. The position requires a high quality of performance and level of accuracy. Has the ability to perform under acute pressure and to generally remain calm and composed at all times. Willing to make positive effort in self-development.
